Each Monday, Observer editorial cartoonist Kevin Siers posts a political cartoon that needs a caption and invite readers to write one. The winning-caption writer will receive the original (black and white) Siers artwork.
Pulitzer-Prize-winning cartoonist Kevin Siers joined The Charlotte Observer staff in 1987, and creates at least five editorial cartoons a week for the Observer. Kevin was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for editorial cartooning in 2014.
Observer readers comment on political moderates, the firing of Andrew McCabe, use of public funds by Trump and his cabinet, school inequity, prayer in schools, the root causes of gun violence, and Hope Hicks’s white lies.
